Mr. McGhee directs all administrative aspects of SAI. He is responsible for the daily operations of the
Accounting and Human Resources Departments. He has more that 15 years of experience in business administration.
Mr. McGhee received a BS in Business Administration/Human Resources from Rider University in 1994 and an
MBA from Monmouth University in 2005.
Ms. Re works in the Accounting Department at Sadat Associates. She handles all Accounts Payable
and Receivable duties, and assists in Human Resources. Prior to joining SAI, she worked in the Paper Industry for over
20 years.
Ms. Thompson is the Director of Marketing and also a member of the Science Group at Sadat Associates. Her main responsibilities at SAI involve all aspects of tracking business opportunities and preparing proposals, preparing presentations and trade show exhibits, and developing marketing materials for the firm. In addition, Ms. Thompson has over 13 years of experience working as an environmental scientist in the Mid- Atlantic, the Carolinas, and New Jersey. She is skilled in wetland delineation and permitting, mitigation and monitoring projects, forest stand evaluations, and endangered species surveys.
Ms. Farro is an Executive Assistant at SAI, working closely with Dr. Sadat on company matters and
providing administrative support. She serves as technical editor on project reports and various related documents. Ms. Farro
graduated Magna Cum Laude from Temple University, Honors Program, and worked at the NJDEP prior to joining SAI
Ms. Lipski works as an Administrative Assistant at SAI, primarily providing support to the Marketing Department.
She holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Mercer County Community College. Ms. Lipski has worked previously in
support roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb and the NJ Department of Taxation.
Ms. Cameron works as an Administrative Assistant for SAI. Prior to joining SAI, she worked for 17 years
as the Director of Sales & Marketing for a local company, focusing on product creation. Jennifer has also worked in the community
as a local Girl Scouts troop leader for many years.
